Water Vapor Transmission Analyzer Labthink

It has three test modes and is applicable to various materials with high, medium and low water vapor permeability. Barrier Performance Test in Cooking Oil Barrel

The rancidity of Cooking oil is an natural phenomenon, We can only reduce the speed of the rancidity and can't stop grease rancidity. So It is inadvisable to buy too much cooking oil and store for a long time, In addition, if we want to reduce the edible oil’s rancidity speed in shelf and storage Period, on one hand, It must be stored in dark and low temperature. on the other hand, grease’s packing containers - Cooking oil barrel, must have higher sealing barrier properties, especially the ability to cut off water vapor and air

According to the customer commissioned, Labthink Laboratory recently had done some barrier property test of different material in Cooking Oil Barrel. Adopted standard Configuration of Perme OX2/230 oxygen transmission rate test system and Perme W3/330 water vapor transmission rate test system, Labthink had accomplished 4L and below capacity edible oil barrel’s barrier performance testing. But the container of 5L and larger size need to customize temperature control devices to do temperature control test  and the barrier performance test under the conditions in laboratory environment.
